We Believe in . . .

• Superior building technologies meet and exceed local building codes - for today and into the future.
  
• We never skimp on fasteners, and we build those costs into our expenses, not yours. All fasteners, joist hangers, nails, bolts, nuts, acc are double hot-dipped galvanized.
  
• We believe the biggest issue is flashing the ledger board correctly - we always ensure proper flashing.
  
• We use PVC (exterior-grade polyvinyl chloride) flashing which is chemically non-reactive and can be used in most applications where aluminum flashing previously had been used - non reactive to new wood.

Our construction is never undersized:
Posts are 6" X 6" not 4" X 4"
2" X 12" Headers and 2" X 10" Joists
NOT 2" X 10" and 2" X 8" or 2" X 6"
